For the entirety of the 2010s, LegalTech was almost wholly devoted to serving attorney demand for back-office solutions. Perhaps a better approach to the lawyer-technology problem is to place greater expectations on law firms and double down on the innovation that addresses the delivery of legal services to the consumer.
